It also owns and invests in a portfolio of commercial properties. The properties comprise of office buildings (Capital Tower, 6 Battery Road, HSBC Building, Starhub Centre, Robinson Point and Wisma Technip), car park buildings (Golden Shoe and Market Street Car Park) and mixed use buildings (Bugis Village and Raffles City). The Group's investments in properties are located in Singapore and Malaysia. |
