The Group's principal activity is to provide private equity fund management and advisory services. The Group operates in two segments: CapMan Private Equity and CapMan Real Estate. Private Equity consists of funds making investments in portofolio companies. Real Estate investments focus on commercial properties, logistics projects, industrial properties, hotels etc. in Finland. The Group operates in Finland, Sweden and Poland. The Group acquired private equity house Norum on 27-Aug-2008.
