Cannabis Science, Inc. (Cannabis Science), incorporated on February 29, 1996, is a development-stage company. The Company is in the business of developing pharmaceutical grade medical cannabis (marijuana) products. On August 18, 2010, the Company entered into a license agreement with Rockbrook, Inc. to license its medical cannabis products and delivery methods. Rockbrook is a licensed medical marijuana dispensary. Under the license agreement, Rockbrook will pay license fees to Cannabis Science throughout the course of its operation. Cannabis Science works on phytocannabinoid science, targeting illnesses to develop, produce and commercialize phytocannabinoid-based pharmaceutical products. The Company focuses on creating cannabis-based medicines, both with and without psychoactive properties, to treat disease and the symptoms of disease, as well as for general health maintenance. In March 2012, the Company acquired The Kaneabis Brand through its parent company Cannabis Consulting Inc.
