The Group's principal activities are to acquire, explore, develop, produce, market and the sale of oil and natural gas. It initiates, operates and maintains a large working interest in a majority of the prospects in which it participates. The Group's principal core areas of oil and natural gas operations are in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin, the United Kingdom sector of the North Sea and Offshore West Africa.
