The Fresh Bakery segment includes fresh bakery products and specialty fresh pasta and sauces. The Frozen Bakery segment includes North American and U.K. frozen bakery products including frozen par-baked and specialty bakery products. Its products include fresh bread, rolls and bagels, frozen bagels and dough products, par-baked bread products, sweet goods and specialty pasta and sauces. The Group's major brands include Dempster's, Olivieri, Tender flake, POM and Ben's. It operates in Canada, North America and in the United Kingdom.
