Kokuyo Camlin Limited, formerly Camlin Limited, operates in the consumer products segment. The Company offers a range of products, such as artistic materials, hobby colours, scholastic colours, scholastic stationery products, office stationery products and writing instruments. Though its subsidiary, Camlin Alphakids Ltd., the Company is engaged in the business of operating educational institution. On May 30, 2011, Camlin Limited executed Joint Venture Agreement with its promoters and Kokuyo S & T Co Ltd Japan, a wholly owned Subsidiary of Kokuyo Co., Ltd, which operates in the stationery and furniture products, design and construction of office and store interiors, mail order business, lifestyle retail and distribution. Through this Joint Venture, Kokuyo S & T Co ltd acquired a controlling interest in the Company. The Company is a subsidiary company of Kokuyo S & T Co Ltd.
