The Group's principal activity is to provide services, products, and solutions for purifying water and air. It operates in three segments: Activated Carbon and Service, Equipment, and Consumer. The Activated Carbon and Service segment manufactures granular activated carbon for use in applications to remove organic compounds from liquids, gases, water, and air. The service segment includes services related to the Group's exchange technologies for treatment of groundwater and process streams.The Equipment segment provides solutions to customers air and water process problems through the design, fabrication, and operation of systems that utilize its enabling technologies. The Consumer segment brings the purification technologies directly to the consumer in the form of products and services including carbon cloth and activated carbon for household odors. It's products are sold mainly in the United States, Europe, Japan, Canada, Latin America and Asia.
