The Group's principal activity is to explore, develop and produce oil and gas. The Group's operations are located in India, Bangladesh, Tunisia, Greenland and the United Kingdom. The Group also has operations in the Ravva oil and gas field in the Krishna-Godavari Basin offshore eastern India. In Bangaladesh the Group focuses on the Sangu gas field offshore with a sharing contracts for Blocks 5 and 10 in southern Bangladesh. It also has production sharing contract for a 100% interest Block on GV-ONN-2002/1. On 09-Oct-2008, the Group transferred its entire issued share capital of Plectrum Petroleum Limited to Gold Oil Caribbean Limited.
