The Company's principal activities are manufacturing and distributing polyethylene terephthalate ("PET") chips and yarn products for the textile industry. The PET chips are fibre-grade PET chips and comprises dye-absorbing PET chips, alkali-soluble PET chips and high shrinkage PET chips. The Group also manufactures combed yarn and various types of functional yarn products such as flame-retardant yarn, cationic yarn and breathable yarn. Its manufacturing facility is located in Longyan City, Fujian Province in China. The Group has an annual capacity of 58,000 tons textile products as at 31-Dec-2007. Its major customers are mainly chemical fibre and textile manufacturers based in China.
