The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and market mobile, industrial and environmental filtration products and packaging products. It operates in three segments. Engine/Mobile Filtration segment manufactures and markets a complete line of filters used in the filtration of oils, air, fuel, coolant, hydraulic and transmission fluids. Industrial/Environmental Filtration segment manufactures and markets a complete line of filters, cartridges, dust collectors and filtration systems used in the filtration of air and industrial fluid processes. Packaging segment manufactures and markets consumer and industrial packaging products including custom-designed plastic and metal containers and closures and lithographed metal sheets. As on 29-Dec-2008 the Group acquired Keddeg Company.
