The Group's principal activities are operating, franchising and licensing quick-service restaurant concepts. It operates three restaurant chains namely, Carl's Jr, Hardee's and La Salsa. Carl's Jr and La Salsa restaurants are located predominantly in California. Hardee's restaurants are located throughout the Southeastern and Midwestern United States. The Group has a dual branding agreement with Santa Barbara Restaurant Group Inc (SBRG) to offer the Green Burrito menu at selected Carl's Jr locations.
