The Group's principal activity is to provide information technology services and business process services worldwide. It operates in two segments: Outsourcing and Systems Integration and Consulting. Outsourcing services include development and integration of new projects and applications; applications maintenance and support; technology management; transaction and business processing and payroll and document management services. Consulting segment provides information technology (IT) and management consulting services which includes business transformation, IT strategic planning, business process engineering and systems architecture. System Integration integrates and customizes technologies and software applications to create IT systems that respond to clients' strategic needs. The Group operates in Canada, the United States, India, Europe and Asia Pacific.
