| The Group's principal activity is to create innovative packaging solutions for personal care and household consumer products. The Group operates in three business units: Label, Container and Tube. The Label segment produces pressure-sensitive self-adhesive labels, and designs and prints a wide range of high-quality paper and film, expanded content, promotional, coupon and in-mold labels. The Container segment manufactures recyclable aluminum aerosol cans and bottles, and plastic tubes and closures. The Tube segment produces decorated extruded tubes for the personal care and cosmetics industry in North America and Mexico. In Jan 2007, the Group acquired Illinois Tool Works. In Nov 2007, the Group sold its interest in the ColepCCL joint venture. |
