| The Group's principal activity is to create innovative packaging solutions for personal care and household consumer products. The Group operates in three business segment: Label, Container and Tube. The Label segment produces pressure-sensitive self-adhesive labels, and designs and prints a wide range of high-quality paper and film, expanded content, promotional, coupon and in-mold labels. The Container segment manufactures recyclable aluminium aerosol cans and bottles, and plastic tubes and closures. The Tube segment produces decorated extruded tubes for the personal care and cosmetics industry. It operates in Canada, the United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Brazil, Europe, Asia and Australia. On Jan 2008, the Group acquired CD-Design GmbH and in April 2008, Clear Image Labels Pty Ltd. |
