| The Group's principal activity is to provide professional business services that help clients manage their finances, employees and technology. It operates in four segments: Financial Services, Employee Services, Medical Management Professionals and National Practices. The Financial Services segment provides Accounting, Financial Advisory, Fraud Detection and Real Estate Advisory services. The Employee Services segment provides Group Health, Retirement Planning, Wealth Management and Actuarial Services. The Medical Management Professionals segment provides billing, collection and full-practice management services for hospital-based physicians and emergency medicine. The National Practices offers technology and other services, including health care consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and government relations services. It operates throughout the United States and Toronto, Canada. |
