The Group's principal activity is to provide automation solutions and integrated subsystems to the global semiconductor, flat panel and other related industries. It offers hardware, software and services that help increase manufacturing efficiency. The Group operates in three business segments: Automation Systems, Critical Components and Global Customer Operations. The Automation Systems segment consists of a range of wafer handling products and systems that support both atmospheric and vacuum process technology. The Critical Components segment includes cryogenic vacuum pumping, thermal management and vacuum measurement solutions. The Global Customer Operations segment consists of after-market activities including a range of service support to customers to address their on-site needs, spare parts and repair services and support of legacy product lines.
