The portfolio of the Group comprises 108 commercial properties and development sites totaling 74 million square feet. The Group operates in two principal business segments, the first being the ownership, development and management of premier commercial office properties in select cities in North America, and the second being the development of residential land. The Group operates in the United States and Canada.
