Securities Processing Solutions provide computerized real-time transaction processing services that automate the securities transaction lifecycle, from desktop productivity tools and portfolio management to order capture and execution, trade confirmation, settlement and accounting. Clearing and Outsourcing Solutions provides securities clearing and settlement services which include matching, recording, and processing transaction instructions. The Group operates in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and other countries. |
