During 2007, the Group acquired the entire share capital of Ballygowan Ltd, Aquaporte Ltd, C&C (Ireland) Ltd, C&C (Belfast) Ltd, C&C (Wholesale) Ltd, William J Dwan & Sons Ltd and C&C (Logistics) Ltd. |
