The Group's principal activity is providing casino entertainment facilities in the United States. The amenities provided include casino entertainment services, hotel services, management services and other related services. The Group owns and operates fifteen casino facilities in eight distinct gaming markets in five states. Gaming activities of the Group include traditional land based casinos, river boat and dockside gaming, casino gaming on Indian land, video poker in restaurants, bars and hotels, pari-mutuel betting on horse racing, dog racing and jai-alai. It operates through five segments: Las Vegas Locals, Downtown Las Vegas, Midwest and South, Stardust and 50% joint venture in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
