The Group operates in two segments: Financial Communications and Marketing & Business Communications. The Financial Communications segment offers a variety of services to create, manage, translate and distribute transactional and compliance-related documents. The Marketing & Business Communications segment provides a portfolio of services to create, manage and distribute personalized communications, including financial statements, enrollment kits and sales and marketing collateral. The Customers of the Group primarily include, financial services, commercial banking, healthcare, insurance, gaming, and travel and leisure industries to support their document-based, variable communications processes. In 2007, the group acquired St Ives Financial, a division of St Ives plc and ADS MB Corporation. |
