The Company's principal activity is to operate travel centers dedicated to serve the traveling public in rural and smaller metropolitan areas of the Southwestern United States. The Company currently operates ten full-service travel centers along interstate highways in Arizona and New Mexico. It advertises its travel centers through a network of approximately 300 outdoor advertising display faces. The Company's travel centers offer gasoline, variety of Southwestern merchandise and brand name food and beverages, ranging from drinks and snack foods to traveling public. Its food service is operated under the Dairy Queen and Dairy Queen/Brazier brand names. The Company's trademarks include The Thing, Butter field Station, Bowline, bowline's Running Indian, Bowline Travel Centers, Dairy Queen, Dairy Queen/Brazier, Exxon Mobil, Shell and Mobil trademarks.
