| The Group's principal activity is the distribution of products and the provision of marine services. Their activities are organised into two divisions: Offshore and Bulk Transport. Offshore includes maintenance and repairing of plat-forms, towing and raising of anchors, assistance to offshore petrol and gas terminals. Bulk transport provides passenger transport and cruises, bulk transport operating mainly in the Atlantic, Indian Ocean as well as Far East. Other activities include retail and wholesale distribution in Madagascar, Reunion and Vietnam. The Group mainly operates in France. During 2007, the Group acquired Oceanteam Bourbon I AS, Oceanteam Bourbon I K, Oceanteam Bourbon I KS and DNT Offshore. |
