The Group operates in three segments: Payments and Transactional Documents segment supplies software products that provide a range of financial business process management solutions, including making and collecting payments, sending and receiving invoices, accounts payable automation and generating and storing business documents. Banking Solutions segment provides solutions that are specifically designed for banking and financial institution customers. Outsourced Solutions segment provides customers with outsourced or hosted solution offerings that facilitate payment processing and the receipt, review and approval of invoices. The customers are financial services, insurance, health care, technology, communications, education, government and Fortune 100 companies.
