The Group's principal activities are developing, manufacturing and marketing medical devices. It's products are offered for sale through three business groups: Cardiovascular, Endosurgery and Neuromodulation. The Cardiovascular segment offers products and technologies for use in interventional cardiology, peripheral interventions, vascular surgery, electrophysiology and neurovascular procedures. The Endosurgery segment offers products and technologies for use in oncology, endoscopy, urology and gynecology procedures. Neuromodulation segment focuses on auditory disorders and chronic pain. The products are sold to the hospitals, clinics, out-patient facilities and medical offices. It operates in the United States, Europe, Japan and other countries.
