The Group's principal activity is that of a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust. It owns, develops, redevelops, acquires, and manages a diverse portfolio of Class A properties and two hotels. The properties are concentrated in five markets: Boston, Midtown Manhattan, Washington D.C., San Francisco and Princeton, N.J. On 30-Jun-2009, the Group's properties consisted of 149 properties totaling approximately 49.1 million square feet. The Group operates in United States.
