The Group's principal activity is distributing equipment and spare parts. Other activities include restaurant and franchising operations, rental of equipment, management and operations of resorts, as well as oil, gas and energy related businesses. It is also involved in providing corporate and management services and operating as an investment holding company. At 31-Jan-09, the Group sets up SugarBun Cafe and a new fifty four rooms budget hotel called the Rainforest Lodge. Operations are carried out in Malaysia.
