| The Company's principal activity is to operate power generating stations. The Trust is an unincorporated trust that indirectly owns ten power generating stations with a total installed capacity of 190 MW. The trust has eight power stations located in Quebec, Canada and two hydroelectric power stations in the state of New York, the United States. The Trust owns seven hydroelectric power stations, two wood residue thermal power stations and one gas-fired facility. |
