The Group's principal activity is operating Toto betting under Section 5 of the Pool Betting Act, 1967. Other activities include development and operation of vacation time share, hotels and resorts, water theme park and operating of casino; property development and investment in properties; leasing of on-line lottery equipment, and manufacture and distribution of computerized lottery and voting systems. It is also involved in provision of management services and operation as an investment holding company. Operations are carried out in Malaysia and other countries.
