The Group's principal activity is involving in gaming and related activities, such as operations of toto betting under Section 5 of the Pool Betting Act, 1976. Other activities are marketing of consumer products and services, providing financial services, hotels and resorts operation, and property investment and development. It is also involved in restaurants; development and operating of vacation time share, water theme park and operating of a casino; leasing of on-line lottery equipment; manufacture and distribution of computerized lottery and voting systems; publication, printing and distribution of daily newspaper, and provision of management services and investment holding. Operations are carried out in Malaysia and other countries.
