| The Group's principal activities are to develop, manufacture and market electric actuators for motorized control devices in heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems. The Group's operations are carried out through two divisions: Air Actuators and Water Actuators. The Air Actuators are used for the motorization of shut-off dampers and control dampers. The Water Actuators are used for open and closed HVAC water circuits and motorization of valves, mixing valves and butterfly valves from different manufacturers. BELIMO Customization (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. and BELIMO Servomotori S.r.I. were acquired during the year 2007. |
