Of the portfolio, 62.3% is located within the Central Business District of Brussels, 14.6% within decentralised areas of Brussels and 19.6% in Zaventem and Vilvoorde the suburbs of Brussels, there are also a few properties in Antwerp and Mos. The company's main investment is within office buildings within Brussels and these investments account for 96% of the portfolio, the company's other investments are semi-industrial buildings. |
