| The Group's principal activity is the distribution of IT and communication product applications and provision of training courses, organisational and application support. The Group's activities are carried out through two divisions. The Systems integration division provides services and product procurement in designing the customer's IT infrastructure. The services include hardware procurement, development of networks, peripheral hardware integration and maintenance. The E-Commerce segment offers customers hardware and software products, peripheral equipment, and the necessary consumables for all applications. The Group's operations are located in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK. |
