It manages the underwriting of syndicate 623 and syndicate 2623. Insurance covers kidnapping and alleged kidnapping, property damage extortion, product extortion, detention, hijacking, evacuation/repatriation. It operates in four divisions namely specialty lines, property, marine and reinsurance. Specialty Lines is organised into three focus areas such as large risks, programme and small risks, and political and contingency. Property provides insurance products to a worldwide market. Marine provides clients with comprehensive and competitive risk solutions. Reinsurance specialises in writing property catastrophe, property risk excess and casualty catastrophe.
