The Group's principal activity is the sale of agricultural and horticultural products. The Group operates through four divisions: Agriculture, Construction, Energy and Other. Agricultural division provides agricultural resources. The division also distributes agricultural equipment and provides related services. The Construction division markets and distributes building operations and garden centre retail trade and services related to heating and sanitary installations. The Energy division trades mainly in mineral oils and lubricants. The Other segment includes car trading business and production and sale of food. The Group operates in Germany, Austria and other countries.
