It operates through two national brands for house building namely, Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes. It also has regional operations under the Ward Homes brands, covering Kent and the South East. The Group also has a commercial property development business focused on retail, leisure, office, industrial and mixed-use schemes. The Group operates predominantly in the United Kingdom.
