| The Group's principal activity is the provision of private, corporate and investment banking, foreign trade operations, custodial services, retail banking and related financial services. Its offer includes cash management, trade services, treasury services, corporate finance, debt instruments, syndicated loans, structured trade finance, asset management services, management buy-outs and acquisitions advisory services, custodian services and brokerage. In addition, the Group is engaged in vendor leasing and other leasing activities; the management of pension funds; the provision of insurance, and the management of securities portfolios. It owns a network of over 200 branches: nationally, representative offices in Kiev, Moscow and New York and has a branch office in London. It has four subsidiaries, located in Poland and Luxembourg. |
