| The Group's principal activity is to provide Oilfield products and services. The Group operates in two segments: Drilling and Evaluation and Completion and Production. The Drilling and Evaluation segment consists of Baker Atlas, Baker Hughes Drilling Fluids, Hughes Christensen and INTEQ. Completion and Production segment consists of Baker Oil Tools, Baker Petrolite and Centrilift. The Drilling and Evaluation segment provides products and services used to drill oil and natural gas wells. The Completion and Production segment provides equipment and services used from the completion phase through the productive life of oil and natural gas wells. The Group's customers include major integrated oil and natural gas companies. It operates in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdome, Norway, China, Venezuela, Saudi Arabia and other countries. |
