| The Group's principal activity is supplying communications services and equipment. The Group's operation is organised in five divisions. Retail supplies exchange lines and from the calls made over these lines, the leasing of private circuits and other private services. Global Services provides networked Information Technology services, outsourcing and systems integration work to corporates and from the fixed network operations. Wholesale provides network services and solutions to communications companies, including fixed and mobile network operators, internet service providers and other service providers. Openreach provides local network access with primary product such as Local Loop Unbundling, Wholesale Line Rental, Wholesale Extension Services and Backhaul Extension Services. The Group's other businesses consist of corporate and internal property, vehicle fleet and Information Technology operations. |
