| The Group's principal activities are the production, marketing and sale of small home appliances, ovens, refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, dishwashers and other electronic and office appliances. The Group manufactures, imports and sells home appliances of several brands, including Bosch, Siemens, Profilo and Gaggenau, as well as providing after-sale services, through approximately 4000 service points. It has four manufacturing facilities in Cerkezkoy, Turkey. It is a subsidiary of the German BSH Bosch und Siemens Hausgerate GmbH, which was formed as a joint venture between Robert Bosch GmbH Stuttgart and Siemens AG Munich. The Group has approximately 40 stores in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, North Cyprus and Iraq. |
