Spartan Exploration Ltd. (Spartan), formerly Aztek Energy Ltd., is engaged in the acquisition of, exploration for, development of and production of crude oil and natural gas in Western Canada. The Company is the wholly owned subsidiary of IMC2 Corporation (IMC2). During the year ended December 31, 2008, it had average production of approximately 13 barrels of oil equivalent (boe) per day. During 2008, the Company sold its Czar property.
