Support Businesses provides land development and construction for third-party projects. Shopping Centers develops shopping centers and leases it to third parties. Corporate Businesses develops and leases or sells office buildings. Strategic Landbank Management acquires, develops and sells large-scale, mixed-use, masterplanned communities. Visayas-Mindanao develops, sells and leases its product offerings in key cities in the Visayas and Mindanao regions.
