The Group's principal activity is to operate a chain of grocery stores. The Group operates in 5 segments; Willys, Hemkop, PrisXtra, Dagab, Axfood Narlivs and Other units. The segments represent different supermarket brands. The supermarkets operates under three major divisions, Discount sales, Groceries and Wholesale. The Group offers fresh food products, groceries, household commodities, pet food and other daily consumer products through its supermarkets and discount stores. The Group also has franchise outlets. The Group operates mainly in Sweden and Finland. The Group acquired PrisXtra in 2008.
