The Group's principal activity is to manufacture pressure-sensitive materials, office products and a variety of tickets, tags, labels and other converted products. It operates in four segments: The Pressure-sensitive Materials Segment manufactures pressure-sensitive adhesives and base materials including Fasson-brand papers, films, foils, graphic and reflective films. The Office and Consumer Products segment manufactures and sells a wide range of Avery-brand printable media and other products. The Retail Information Services Segment offers a variety of price marking and brand identification products for retailers, apparel manufacturers, distributors and industrial customers on a worldwide basis. The Other Specialty Converting Businesses produce specialty tapes and highly engineered labels and other converted products. On 01 April 2008, the group acquired DM Label Group.
