| The Group's principal activities are focused on three principal business segments - oil and gas, financial services and real estate. Oil & Gas operations of the Trust operate identically to that of a typical Oil & Gas Royalty Trust. The Financial Services of the Trust focuses in areas of expertise outside of the Real Estate and Energy industries, which produce attractive yields. The Real estate of the trust focuses on the solid markets in Western Canada. In March 2007, it completed an acquisition of the operated property in the Noel area of NE British Columbia. |
