| The Group's principal activity is researching and developing cancer therapies. Products include Pentrys, an anti-idiotypic vaccine designed to trick the body into seeing a 'self' component as being foreign, thus if expressed on cancerous cells such components cause the immune system to see the tumour as being foreign; RP101, a developmental pancreatic cancer drug targeted to prevent tumor cells from developing resistance to chemotherapy and used as a co-treatment with cytostatic drugs giving a broader range of chemotherapy treatment options; the immuno-potentiators: GPI-0100, stimulates an effective T-cell immunity; GPI-200, prevents bacterial and viral infections; GPI-300, enhances and increases efficacy of DNA vaccines and DNA-based immuno-stimulants and Revisys, a supplement system developed for cancer survivors and individuals recovering their health from other health crises, such as surgery. It operates in Australia and the United States of America. |
