The Group operates through three business segments: The Employer services segment offers payroll processing, human resource benefits administration products and services, including traditional and Web-based outsourcing solutions. The Dealer services segment provides integrated dealer management systems and business performance solutions to automotive retailers and manufacturers. The Securities Clearing and Outsourcing Services provide clearing, custody, financing, securities lending, trade execution and outsourcing solutions to broker-dealers. It operates in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia. In fiscal 2007 the Group acquired Employease Inc and VirtualEdge Corporation.
