| The Group's principal activity is to offers a diversified range of automotive products and services, including new vehicles, used vehicles, vehicle maintenance and repair services, vehicle parts, extended service contracts, vehicle protection products and other aftermarket products. As of 31-Mar-2008, the Group owned and operated 321 new vehicle franchises from 243 dealerships located in major metropolitan markets, predominantly in the Sunbelt region of the United States. The Group markets the vehicles manufactured by Ford, General Motors, Daimler Chrysler, Toyota, Nissan, Honda and BMW. It sells 38 different brands of new vehicles. The Group has fifteen local brands including Maroone, GO, AutoWay, Bankston, Courtesy, Desert, Team, Mike Shad, Dobbs, Fox, Mullinax, Appleway, Champion, Power and AutoWest. |
