The Group's principal activity is to explore and develop natural mineral resource properties. It explores and develops copper and other base metal assets in southwest United States. The Rosemont property is located in Pima County and contains three known potentially open-pit mineable copper/molybdenum (Cu/Mo) deposits: Rosemont, Peach Elgin and Broadtop Butte. The Group has additional exploration properties in Nevada namely: Mount Hamilton property and Shell Deposit property which contains gold, molybdenum, tungsten and copper resources.
