The Group's principal activity is the investment in real estate properties in Eastern Europe. The Group was created from a Spin Off of the real estate properties of the Julius Meinl Group. The Property portfolio in December 2006 consisted of 157 properties with a rental area of 873 thousand square meters, predominantly retail properties. The properties were situated in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Lithuania and Russia.
