The Group's principal activity is providing wireless and wireline telecommunications services in North America and the Caribbean. Its principal services include wireless, local telephone and data, as well as international long distance voice and data services. Wireless services offer wholesale wireless voice and data roaming services to national, regional and local wireless carriers in rural markets located principally in the Southwest and Midwest. Local telephone and data services offer facilities-based integrated voice and data communications services to residential and business customers. International Long Distance Voice and Data services provide international voice and data communications. Operations are carried out in the United States, Guyana, Bermuda, Turks, Caicos and the United States Virgin Islands.
